1. Where were you born and where do you live right now ?
Montreal & Montreal


2. How long have you been riding ?

I have been racing bikes for 18 years.



3. How did you get yourstart ?

I started by racing  mountain bikes XC, DH, 4X, and then some BMX.



4. Please describe a bit your career.

I started riding the local races then moved to the Quebec cup &Canada cup. I had the chance to race two world cup races when I was younger.



5. Where do you ride and with whom ?

Bromont, Crabtree, any BMX track & dirt jumps I can find.



6. Which MTB discipline do you practice ?
Downhill et 4X.


7. Which do you like more; BMX or MTB ?
Both are very different but I love them both.


8. What kind of bike do you ride ?
Specialized Demo 7 DH, Santa Cruz Blur 4X, Gary fisher XC, Marin road bike, Schwinn BMX


9. How is the scene where you live ?

The downhill scene is very good with some dirt jumping but we don’t have that many good places to jump. We have some good BMX tracks close to the city but need more racers.


10. How many times a week do you ride ?
I try to ride 3-4 times a week.


11. How would you compare the scene here with the one in the US ?

The USA is 10 times bigger than in Canada!!!!


12. Which rider impresses you the most or who do you model yourself after ?

Riders with heart!!! MTB Steve Peat, Shaun Palmer.  BMX Afro Bob.


13. Do you consider yourself as a power rider who pedals on every jump or a rider that goes for the big jumps ?
I think I am a rider who has a mix of skills, but I can’t manual so I have to jump sections that others would manual.


14. What’s motivates you the most to ride ?

I love to ride bikes no matter where it is DH,BMX, Road anything on two wheels!!!


15. If have traveled for competitions, which place did you like the most ?

Whistler is a dream come true for any bike rider. BC has lots of BMX tracks and dirt jumps plus they can ride all year long.


16. What was the worst injury you sustained ?
I was put in the hospital for two weeks because I was bleeding internally. Broken collar bone.


17. Your best results ?
I have been on the podium in pro DH and 4X races over the years. But I  ride just because I love to ride.


18. What is line of work right now ?

Technical Sale rep for NSK Canada, a bearing manufacture


19. Any thanks ?

My girlfriend Marie Lou and my daughter Sarah. The boys at Martin Swiss, Jagger Co., & mom & dad.
