Jagger Co. has over fifteen years experience in the design and development of action sports equipment. Meet our latest technological development for 2005 that is adapted to endure the harsh Canadian climate:  skate park modules made of a solid cedar surface over a metal structure.

CEDAR SURFACE

All of our new outdoor modules are designed with a 1 / 4 ” tubular metal structure  covered with 3” x 3” bevelled cedar blocks, finished with three coats of exterior-quality varnish and mechanically polished.

This new surface prolongs the life of the module to over 15 years and can be repolished or revarnished at any time by our technical team. It is solid, resistant and maintenance-free. The concept was inspired by the surface of the Olympic Velodrome, and resembles a hard wood floor. All this for 25% less than the cost of conventional metal modules!

Try out our new surface for a season and save on the cost of your equipment. If you are not satisfied, our technical team will visit your site to cover your modules with 1/16” metal sheets, while continuing to keep the cost lower than that of conventional metal modules.

METAL SURFACE

You may also opt for a metal surface at the time of delivery, which allows you to benefit from an economical surface at a cost substantially lower than the traditional metal modules.

INDOOR MODULES

The indoor modules are designed with a 2’ x 6’wooden structure and covered with 3 sheets of 1/8” plywood. Our high-quality 1/8” masonite surface, coping and transitions are standard to all of our equipment.
