TO INSURE YOURSELF OF HIGHT QUALITY STUNT SHOWS AND TO BE FULLY SATISFIED, JAGGER CO. INVITES YOU TO READ THE FALLOWING PROTOCOL :

A. JAGGER SPORT CO. AGREES TO :

A.1 Present the extreme sports demonstrations during the periods determined by the service contract, for a duration of approximately twenty (20) minutes each.

A.2 Present two (2) demonstrations within a block of five (5) hours, unless otherwise stipulated.

A.3 Supply high-performance shows carried out by professional athletes under the name: «Haro /Adidas Eyewear » stunt team.

A.4 Supply safe, quality equipment appropriate for this type of presentation.

A.5 Supply a professional MC to provide quality animation, unless otherwise stipulated. LEV4 and +

A.6 Supply a 3000-watt professional audio system for LEV4 shows and greater.

A.7 Supply advertising space and mention for the promoter’s sponsors.

A.8 Supply the set-up and tear-down of all the necessary equipment.

A.9 Put poles in place to mark the demonstration zone.

B. THE CLIENT AGREES TO :

B.1 Supply the minimum space and surface required to present a safe, quality show.

B.2 Put control fences in place and provide a sufficient number of security personnel in relation to the crowd to ensure the proper unfolding of activities.

B.3 Supply the necessary wiring for sound for LEV1 and 2 shows.

B.4 Offer a snack and beverages (ample supply of water) to all the members of the «Haro /Adidas Eyewear » stunt team during a one-day show. If applicable

B.5 Offer housing and meals are supplied by the client for shows of two (2) days or longer. If applicable

B.6 Integrate visibility for the following on all announcements diffused on all existing mediums serving to promote the event: «BMX and/or IN-LINE and/or SKATEBOARD and/or FMX demonstration» performed by the «Haro /Adidas Eyewear » stunt team.

B.7 Supply the necessary electrical feed.

B.8 Respect the terms of the contract.

B.9 Advise Jagger Co. of any modifications made to the schedule as soon as possible.

B.10 Pay JAGGER CO. 15% of the total amount of the contract, due at the signing of the contract. This deposit will be credited on the invoicing and is non-refundable.

B.11 Pay JAGGER CO. 60% of the total amount of the contract if the «Haro /Adidas Eyewear » stunt team is on site and is unable to perform due to weather conditions.

B.12 Pay JAGGER CO. the total amount of the contract if at least one show is presented and the others are cancelled due to weather conditions or by decision of the promoter.

C. PAYMENT


C.1 The prices indicated do not include taxes.

C.2 If applicable. the prices indicated do not include transportation, housing, or meals.

C.3 The show date will be reserved only upon reception of the signed contract.

C.4 The reservation will be cancelled if the security deposit is not received within fifteen (15) days of the signing of the contract.

C.5  The sums mentioned in the contract must be paid by cash or cheque, made to the order of JAGGER CO., before the initial presentation.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SUBJECT MENTION IN THE ABOVE PROTOCOL ARE CLEARLY STIPULATE IN THE SERVICE CONTRACT SIGNED BY BOTH PARTIES
